RETURNS

We offer exchanges and refunds on unwashed, unused, unworn items within 14 days of receiving, minus the shipping cost.  Clearance items are final sale. Holiday gift purchases made between November 1, 2021 - December 24, 2021 can be exchanged until January 5, 2022. 

 

Please email us at hello@beanandboo.com with your order number and request.  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will refund you by the original method of payment.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to hello@beanandboo.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
