We ship all our packages via Canada Post and Chit Chats.

*Canada Post Lettermail is a service that provides cheap shipping cost however does not provide any tracking information. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels sent via Lettermail.
♦ When will my item be shipped out?
All items are processed and shipped from Burnaby, B.C. Canada via Canada Post within 2-4 business days from date of payment. A tracking number is not provided by Canada Post for Lettermail/Small Packet shipping. Any parcels over 2 cm thickness will be given a tracking number.
♦ When can I expect my item to arrive once shipped?
Lettermail shipping generally takes an average of 3-10 business days. Small Packet shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days. Most items will arrive within this time frame but can take longer so please allow up to 28 business days during holiday season. Please be patient as unpredicted events can affect shipping ie: weather, postal strike, etc.
♦ Do you do free local pick-up/drop off?
Yes! We are currently offering contactless porch pick-up during this social distancing phase due to COVID-19. We will email you to arrange pick-up when your order if ready.
♦Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All Canada orders of $99+ after any applied discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.
♦ How do I track my item?
Lettermail options do NOT include tracking. You may choose to upgrade the shipping to have your parcel tracked, email me first to arrange. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used. Once items have been shipped we have no control over the arrival date. We are not responsible for duty or customs fees incurred upon delivery.
♦ Can I get express shipping?
Yes, I can upgrade your shipping via Canada Xpress Post. Please contact me first if this service is needed.
♦ In order to save trees, I don't include printed invoice in the package unless it's requested.
